Wondering who signed a document and when they did it? With SignPe, you can find out easily!

SignPe keeps track of all the signatures on your documents. Let's learn how to use SignPe to find out who signed your document and when they did it.

Finding Signatures:

1. Viewing Signers:

  • First, open the SignPe app and look at your list of documents.

  • Tap the three dots (...) next to the document's name.

  • Then, choose "View All Signers" to see a list of everyone who signed your document and when they did it.

2. Notifications for Signatures:

  • SignPe sends messages immediately to tell you when someone looks at your document.

3. Checking Document Status:

  • Go to the "My Documents" section to see all your documents.

  • When you hover over a document, you can see if someone has looked at it yet.

  • You can also click on the document to see when it was last opened.

4. Notification Pane:

  • If you click the little notification button in the corner of the screen, you can see all the messages SignPe sent you. Look for ones about your document to see if it's been opened.

Pro Tip: History Option:

  • If you want to know everything that happened with your document, like if someone opened it but didn't sign it, there's a special option called "History" that shows you everything!

By following these steps, you can use SignPe to easily find out who signed your document and when they did it. It's like having a special detective to help you keep track of all your important papers!
