After a document is sent for signing, you should keep track of its status. You can see the status in the filters.

What do "Action Required" and "Waiting for Others" mean in SignPe? This guide will explain these status labels, helping you better understand your document workflow. Let's explore the meanings of "Action Required" and "Waiting for Others" in SignPe.

Action Required:

When you see "Action Required" next to a document in SignPe, it means that someone has shared a document with you, and you need to take action. This could mean signing the document, providing feedback, or completing any other required task. "Action Required" status alerts you that immediate attention is needed to move the document forward in the signing process.

Waiting for Others:

On the other hand, "Waiting for Others" indicates that you have shared documents with other people, but they have not yet signed or completed their part of the document. In this case, the document remains complete once all parties have signed or taken action. "Waiting for Others" status helps track documents pending signatures from other individuals, allowing you to send reminders or take necessary actions to expedite the signing process.
