The best thing to do is to email us at support@signpe.com. Tell us exactly what happened by providing the answers to these questions-
How did the app crash? Did it freeze up and stop responding? Or did it just close out suddenly?
What were you doing in the app when it crashed? Were you signing a document, uploading a file, or doing something else?
If the app crashed while you were working on a document, it would be helpful to include some details about that too. Let us know which document you worked on and what you tried to do when the app froze or crashed.
The more details you give us, the better we can understand the problem.
