Have you got multiple SignPe accounts and realized it's time to clean house? We understand that managing multiple accounts can be confusing.  But don't worry—we'll walk you through deleting those extra accounts to keep things organized and streamlined.

Here's how you can delete those additional accounts you no longer need:

 

Deleting Your Account via Email:

  1. Create an Email: Start by composing an email to support@signpe.com.

  2. Subject Line: Use "Delete Account" as the subject line to ensure your request is processed promptly.

  3. Include Your SignPe Email: In the body of the email, remember to include your SignPe email address. This will help identify your account for deletion.

  4. Brief Reason: Provide a brief reason for canceling your account. While this step is optional, it can help us improve our services in the future.

  5. Send the Email: Once you've completed all the necessary information, hit send! This will initiate the account deletion process.


Deleting Your Account via the App:

  1. Open SignPe App: Launch the SignPe app on your device and navigate to the Profile screen.

  2. Select "Delete Account": Look for the "Delete account" option on the screen and tap on it.

  3. Confirm Deletion: A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the deletion. Tap on "Delete account" again to confirm.

  4. Completion Confirmation: The account deletion process will be completed once you've confirmed.
